Hotel Viata provided a fantastic stay during Christmas! the room was spacious, quiet, and filled with amenities, perfect for a relaxing holiday getaway. the in-room coffee was a delightful surprise, elevating our mornings. The staff was exceptional - from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was polite and accommodating. Special mention to Victor, Ryan, and Jorge for their top-notch service. the 2-bedroom suite on the 9th floor was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for us all. The pool and gym facilities looked inviting, though we didn't have the chance to try them. the overall ambiance of the hotel was beautiful, offering a serene retreat in the heart of Austin. Valet parking made it convenient for us to explore the city hassle-free. I highly recommend Hotel Viata for a memorable stay in Austin. the attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities make it a top choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Austin!
